Port CEO's job terminated
Gladstone Ports Corporation is seeking a new leader after a decision to terminate Peter O’Sullivan’s tenure as chief executive officer.
In a statement today the GPC said the move followed a thorough and extensive investigation of concerns raised last year about Mr O’Sullivan’s conduct.
The complaint related to Mr O’Sullivan’s role in a staff disciplinary matter.
"Mr O’Sullivan (below) was suspended on 13 December last year, on full pay, and has had no involvement with the day to day operations of the port since that time," the GPC statement said.
Craig Walker continues to serve as the acting chief executive officer.
