On board was some serious hardware, Adani’s Abbot Point stacker reclaimer superstructures with multiple units weighing in at more than 200 tonnes each.
NSS’s project cargo expertise was called upon, with NSS stevedores tasked with the delicate discharge operation, unloading superstructures to Pacific Marine Group barges for transport to Abbot Point and unloading using the newly constructed Marine Offloading Facility completed earlier this year.
